About Adult Transition Program
The Adult Transition Program (ATP) is designed for special education students ages 18-22 who have completed high school with a certificate of completion or through the Alternative Path to Diploma. Eligible students for ATP have moderate to significant disabilities and require specialized academic instruction, as well as support in learning functional skills and applying them in community settings. This program focuses on equipping students with practical skills that enhance their independence and prepare them for meaningful community experiences.
